Sounds slutty for a counsil woman. It is hard enough to dispell sexual harassment without using it as a tool to buy votes. Remember you will be receiving calls from husbands and wives. It is a fifty fifty there. Who's vote are you willing to lose? I suppose if you are hoing that the bachlers will vote.. it just might work, but not very professional in a city counsil sort of way. If I called concerning something of the city. I would hang up immediately.
